Small Business Innovation Consulting was founded in Houston, TX to improve the efficiency of small businesses and to ultimately achieve sustainability. Most small business owners often lack the time to implement effective changes to improve their business. Running day-to-day operations is time-consuming and does not leave much time to analyze the company on a business level, as opposed to a managerial level. Here at Small Business Innovation Consulting, we strive to provide business analysis and solutions from an overarching "big picture" perspective. Dealing with customers, ordering supplies, and overseeing production are essential to business operations. However, business operations cannot function without ensuring profitability and growth. These all prove to be meaningless and also difficult to achieve without the direction and mission of the company.

Founder
CEO & Founder, Ambrose Amin
As the CEO, founder, and consultant of Small Business Innovation Consulting, Ambrose Amin graduated from American University in Washington, DC. He obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and a specialization in International Finance. In Houston, his professional experience include forensic accounting consulting for Navigant Consulting, Inc. Throughout his time in Washington, DC, he has worked for Arnold & Porter LLP and interned for the Office to the Chief Financial Officer within the White House, the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission as a research assistant, and the Export-Import Bank of the U.S. within the communications department, and UBS Financial Services as a financial advisory intern. Management Consultant, Nada El-Eryan
Nada El-Eryan brings 15 years of nonprofit program and managment experience to help set up and manage operations for organizations. She excels at project and grants maganement, creating and implementing programs that support community vitality, and strategic planning necessary to bring big ideas to life.
Before joining Small Business Innovation Consulting, she previously she worked for URWA USA National Committee and kaBOOM! Nada is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Political Science and she lives in the Washington, DC area.
